Service Overview

As part of the registration process on our website, Toddley, operated by Saga Commercial in Jodhpur, may collect the following personal information: your first and last name, alternate email address, mobile phone number, contact details, postal code, demographic profile (such as age, gender, occupation, education, address), and information about your browsing activity on our site, including the pages you visit, the links you click, and the frequency of your visits.

Eligibility

Our services are available only in select regions of India. Individuals who are legally incapable of entering contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including un-discharged insolvents, are not eligible to use our site. Pricing

All products on our site will be sold at the listed MRP unless specified otherwise. Prices at the time of ordering will be charged on the date of delivery.

Your Agreement and Confirmation

  • In case of non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by you, any extra cost incurred by Toddley for redelivery will be claimed from you.
  • You agree to use our services for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You will provide authentic and true information when requested. Toddley reserves the right to validate your information and details at any time. If your details are found to be false, Toddley has the right to reject your registration and bar you from using our services without prior notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This User Agreement will be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur. Disputes will be referred to an independent arbitrator appointed by Toddley, and the arbitration will be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The arbitration will take place in Jodhpur, and the High Court of judicature in Jodhpur will have jurisdiction.

Reviews, Feedback, Submissions

All reviews, comments, feedback, suggestions, and other submissions (collectively, "Comments") disclosed, submitted, or offered to Toddley on or through this site will remain the property of Toddley. Submitting any Comments constitutes an assignment to Toddley of all worldwide rights, titles, and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Comments. Termination

This User Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Toddley. You may terminate this User Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this Site. Toddley may terminate this User Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site. Such termination will be without any liability to Toddley. Upon any termination of the User Agreement by either you or Toddley, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the User Agreement or otherwise. Toddley's right to any Comments shall survive any termination of this User Agreement. Any such termination of the User Agreement shall not cancel your obligation to pay for the product already ordered from the Website or affect any liability that may have arisen under the User Agreement.
