Shipping Policy
At Toddley, we ship all orders from our warehouse in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, between 10 AM and 6 PM. Once the order is confirmed its likely to be dispatched within 24-48 Hrs. We ship the orders via leading courier companies like Bluedart, Delhivery, Amazon Courier, DTDC, Xpressbees etc. The average delivery time for orders is 3-7 days, but it can range from as fast as 2 days to up to 14 days depending on the delivery location.
Some courier partners may request an OTP to complete delivery. You must provide this code to the delivery partner at the time of delivery. The OTP will be sent to the phone number you entered at the time of purchase.
Toddley is not liable for any damage after delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before shipping:
If you want to cancel an order that hasn't been shipped, you can do so by reaching out to us at contact@toddley.in or +91-9928134743.
Unshipped prepaid orders will be refunded in the form of a credit note within 5-7 business days from the date the credit note request is processed.
Cancellation post shipping:
Once the order has been shipped/dispatched and assigned to a delivery partner, we cannot cancel it.
We have a no-refund policy. Toddley will not issue a refund once a product is delivered.
Refunds:
For cases of damage or loss during transit, please refer to our "Return & Refund Policy," where refunds may be processed at Toddley's discretion.
